Office

Office & Officers of the Order

Our Order consists of executive officers, also members of the Order, that maintain the Order internally and manage the external business of the Order. The Sovereign of the Order, also being the Sovereign Grand master, is the head of the Order.

Chancellor

The Chancellor and the formal title of this position reflects the rank of the incumbent within the Order and is the Principal Knight and the position of chair of the executive officers of the Order in meetings and Principal Knight in other proceedings and ceremonies.

Secretary

Administration and communication is the responsibility of the secretary. The recording of proceedings, all correspondence for the Order, issuing of warrants under the seal of the Order and making arrangements for events, investitures and other ceremonies.

Registrar

The registrar keeps record of and maintains the register of arms of members past and present and prospective. The promotion of members within the Order and managing the designated limits of ranks and advising the Office of available positions for each rank in each division.

Treasurer

The Treasurer has the care for the treasury of the Order and is in charge of the collected funds for the Order. The treasurer is also responsible for internal shareholding and dividend management of the Order’s stakeholders. The Treasurer is also responsible for banking and the disbursement of funds externally for expenses of the Order and manages all funds for internal and charitable purposes and specific charity projects being undertaken by the Order.

All accounting, financial reports are prepared by and reported to the Executive, by the Treasurer. All non-active treasury records are then transferred to the Chaplain for archiving in the crypt of the Chapel of the Order.
